Since the summer is getting closer and it’s warmer here in Cyprus, we are training an hour earlier than we used to. I was up at 08.30 to walk the dogs before heading to training. I’m not a big fan of breakfast, but I know I have to have something so I just took 2 bananas with me in the car.
As we have to be in 1 hour before training start it gives me plenty of time to have a gym session. I always go to the gym before, or sometimes after training. I feel bad within myself if I don’t do something extra. In my opinion we have the best fitness coach, certainly the best I have worked with, I really enjoy coming in and knowing that he will give me the best program day by day. I never leave the gym without pain somewhere.
Today was back day. I did 3 different exercises for my back. One thing I like about these gym sessions is that there are almost no break between sets and reps. Pain! Soon as I finish the gym I take a protein shake. For me that’s very important straight after, also because I need to be ready for the football session. I will start posting videos from my gym sessions so you can all follow me and how I train.
Just got greeted by 2 happy dogs and my beautiful wife. We are having a road trip to Limassol today. We love just getting in the car and drive to different places and walk around. Will have some lunch and just enjoy life. Best feeling in the world to be with people you love.
