Hope you all had a great Saturday night and you don’t feel like shit today after way to much alcohol. Our game finished 3-3 last night. Tough away game and we came back 3 times. We are still top of the league with 4 games to go. After the game I had a taxi waiting for me so I could go to airport and pick up Louise. She came from Oslo as she has been there doing some shoots and meetings. I was like a kid at the airport, so excited.
We got home later that night and when I came back from walking the dogs, Louise had made pizza, homemade style. She brought some ingredients from Norway, loved it!! Nothing better than homemade Pizza and film with wifey. We haven’t read the books yet, but we started watching “Fifty shades of Grey”. We didn’t finish it as we both fell asleep on the couch.
Was up for training 08.30 this morning. After yesterday’s game it was only recovery for me today. But like every time after a game, I smash it in the gym. We have a day off tomorrow so I did ask for a bigger session than normal. Nicola, our fitness coach, never disappoints when it comes to killing me in the gym if I ask for it. I did chest, shoulders and back. Couldn’t even lift my water bottle after. Loved it! I can for sure enjoy my day off now, even though I will do some weights at home.
We have just gotten home from a nice lunch in the sun. It’s getting seriously hot here now, especially for a ginger like me. But I’m not complaining. Going to Vegas in 5 weeks, so i’m preparing myself.
I’m down in our gym later, Louise wants to start killing it. I’m gonna push her on the treadmill. She HATES running, so this could be fun. I do expect some bad words my way;) But she is very focused on this now, so I will push her to the limit so she can reach her target. Even though she will hate me during the sessions.
